  Staff very helpful, i am in the city alone as my husband in the local hospital and they were really great. I booked and extra night as was unsure if the hospital could find me a room. They found me somewhere at 4 in the afternoon and the hotel let me cancel the extra night with no charge. The hotel is well situated re -local transport, to access the impressive mountain/coastal areas of Tenerife. The buses are punctual and excellent value for money. The port is interesting, with visiting cruise liners and ferry boats.

  We have stayed in the apart hotel in the middle of May for a little bit more than a week. The hotel is perfectly located, just a bit outside of the noisy in the evenings bars, very close to the Playa de Las Vistas beach (it took us 7 min to walk to the beach, not hurrying of course), within a short walk to all kinds of bars and restaurants, and ni... vad folk säger » ghtlife, and the supermarket Mercadona is 5 minutes away which is also very convenient. The bus stop is around the corner and can take you to the airp - Very relaxing - staff very helpful. Requested a move after the first night as our balcony overlooked the main road and it was noisy very early. We were moved to another apartment overlooking the pool. Although the apartments are very close to shopping, bars, etc, it is very quiet and peaceful within the complex.

  I loved the hotel and the staff were very friendly. The location was good, the room was clean and the breakfast was lovely. I had to leave early on the last day, so they gave me a packed breakfast. Perfect!! - fantastic buffet breakfast!

  Staff is very kind, helpful and easy-going. The sea view from the apartment is stunning. This residence is close to city center, but in a quiet area over the town. Nice swimming pool, with plenty of free sunbeds.   The accommodation is clean and generally well maintained. The property is under a programme of refurbishment so in due course will be even better. We were a family of three adults and two children in a two bed apartment which was big enough and well equipped before the refurb. The pool areas are in good condition with a good number of beds. We ate in the restaurant outside rece - It was first visit to Tenerife and I have booked Sun set bay apartments after reading reviews, and I can say I did a great job, place really good and good for the money we paid, location spot on, 2 beaches 5 minutes away shops, restaurants, definitely will come back Karina October 2013
