  Staff very helpful, i am in the city alone as my husband in the local hospital and they were really great. I booked and extra night as was unsure if the hospital could find me a room. They found me somewhere at 4 in the afternoon and the hotel let me cancel the extra night with no charge. Would defo use again as very central, clean, great buffet b... vad folk säger » reakfast and great staff. - We have stayed at the Plaza for 9 years at this time of the year. The hotel is well situated re -local transport, to access the impressive mountain/coastal areas of Tenerife. The buses are punctual and excellent value for money. The port is interesting, with visiting cruise liners and ferry boats.
