  The size of the room was excellent, the shutters were brilliant as it made the room quiet and very peaceful, the bed was large and very comfortable the little fridge to keep drinks cool was an added bonus ! Location excellent with lots of retaurants within easy walking distance Fantastic value for money. We will be back and would definitely recomm... vad folk säger » end the hotel to friends and family ! - Well it vas centrally located. The pool, the whirlpool and the sauna on the 7 th. Floor were nice and it was always possible to get a sun-bed. It is a very nice business hotel and no children between 2 and 13 allowed, so no screaming and yelling. In fact it is a good hotel.

  Easy to get to, I flew into the south airport, got the city bus just outside the terminal, direct to Santa cruz bus station, walked across the road to the large department store and got a taxi to the hotel, for 5 euros. The guy ar reception was friendly and mentioned the resataurant was open, although I couldnt hear anything and it all looked dese... vad folk säger » rted, however the cafe / bar next door is connected and I had an excellent dinner , menu of the day, for 12 euros with a beer, water, and a glass of w - very reasonable price, close to citycenter, surprisingly clean bathroom, balcony, modern-looking furniture and equippement. we booked it so we could visit the town, find it is the ideal reason to go. wifi free and OK, helful staff (if spoke english). would reccomend to most of my friends.

  This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just takes... vad folk säger » me 5 mins (euro 8-10) to take a taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  Basic accommodation, but clean, has everything you need for a self- catering stay. Plenty shops and restaurants around, 5-10 min walk to beaches (either side left or right), bus station is really close to take you anywhere in Tenerife - Location was amazing, totally value for money. All the necessary stuff was in the room and it was clean.

  The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. Wonderful location for walking to the beach, great neighborhood for English speakers. The facilities were really good, pool table, bar, restaurant, pool. - Excellent price/quality rate! If you'd like to stay in an apartment (kitchen, large room) it would be a good option. Clean rooms.   The service at the hotel was very good, athought it is a very big hotel, we had the impression they knew their guests individually. Everything was clean, the room, the pool, the restaurant. Parking was fine infront of the hotel so no need to pay for the parking place... All in all we enjoyed our stay there as a family. - Great location.

  The apartments were well maintained and clean. It was welcoming to have bottled water in the fridge and tea/coffee. The shower worked well, which was a treat after staying in other hotels where it didn't. The beds were comfy and the apartment was well equipped with facilites including kettkle, toaster, ironing, microwave and tv with BBC and ITV ... vad folk säger » channels. - we liked everything about the premises, the staff and the facilities. The quality was good and we were upgraded without any extra charge.
