  The size of the room was excellent, the shutters were brilliant as it made the room quiet and very peaceful, the bed was large and very comfortable the little fridge to keep drinks cool was an added bonus ! Location excellent with lots of retaurants within easy walking distance Fantastic value for money. We will be back and would definitely recomm... vad folk säger » end the hotel to friends and family ! - Well it vas centrally located. The pool, the whirlpool and the sauna on the 7 th. Floor were nice and it was always possible to get a sun-bed. It is a very nice business hotel and no children between 2 and 13 allowed, so no screaming and yelling. In fact it is a good hotel.

  Easy to get to, I flew into the south airport, got the city bus just outside the terminal, direct to Santa cruz bus station, walked across the road to the large department store and got a taxi to the hotel, for 5 euros. The guy ar reception was friendly and mentioned the resataurant was open, although I couldnt hear anything and it all looked dese... vad folk säger » rted, however the cafe / bar next door is connected and I had an excellent dinner , menu of the day, for 12 euros with a beer, water, and a glass of w - very reasonable price, close to citycenter, surprisingly clean bathroom, balcony, modern-looking furniture and equippement. we booked it so we could visit the town, find it is the ideal reason to go. wifi free and OK, helful staff (if spoke english). would reccomend to most of my friends.

  This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just takes... vad folk säger » me 5 mins (euro 8-10) to take a taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  The service at the hotel was very good, athought it is a very big hotel, we had the impression they knew their guests individually. Everything was clean, the room, the pool, the restaurant. Parking was fine infront of the hotel so no need to pay for the parking place... All in all we enjoyed our stay there as a family. - Great location.

  Myself and husband stayed at Columbus for the 4th time room was a studio apartment very big and maids cleaned every day, staff where pleasant and helpful and Hotel was very clean, if need quiet room you need new block at back of hotel by other swimming pool, the sun shines that side all day also shines if in rooms with odd numbers as face swimming... vad folk säger » pool. We where in room 419 fourth floor. Hotel really good if people jump in pool during night they are fined or asked to leave Hotel, Location is fa - The studio room we stay in was very big ,it was clean it was one of the best apts I stayed in .couldn't fault it at all.staff were excellent very helpful.

  1) Ocean view is unbelievable! 2) Very tasty and variety dinner with a lot of seafood, meat steaks, fruits etc. Breakfast was also very nice 3) From early morning till 9 p.m the entrance to the short way to the beach is open. It takes 15 minutes to walk to beach or Logo Martinez. 4) In 7 minutes walk there is bus station with connection to airpor... vad folk säger » ts, volcano Teide, Santa Cruz, La Orotava etc. You could ask for a map on hotel reception. 5) Room is big enough, clean and nice. The sun is never shi - The hotel was very clean and staff were efficient, polite and attentive. The location was convenient if you wanted to walk into town our walk the the next beach though you would need some time to do either and be quite fit.. Excellent value for money. We have recommended it to another couple who have booked a few days in the hotel and know it.
