Fabulous location, close to the beach and town, but not too noisy! Choice of 2 pools, one indoors even though a small hotel. Family owned hotel with great attention to detail and guest requests. All staff were friendly and helpful. A super boutique hotel with lots of character.

A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room

Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you
can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski
nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the
high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good
fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the
animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights
and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

the location was superb and the staff where ever attentive to any request you had especially patricia and silvia!the food was of the highest quality and the breakfast all cooked to order was one of the best i`ve had in over 40 years of visiting spain!! we will be going back!

Went with my best friend and had an absolutely great time. 2 mins away from souvenir shops, beach and the bcm! Couldn't ask for a better location. Return transfer with janerbus.com was only 80 euros between us. Would definitely come here again. Great value for money. Friendly staff, from arrival on reception right down to the cleaners, bar staff including John, a really lovely friendly and attentive to customers. Clean and tidy, beds fantastic No springs or dips and drops....beds made every day ..cleaned rooms and more towels if wanted. Resturant staff, very friendly and polite. Lovely food, and a wide choice

I have travelled a great deal for business and leisure over the last 20 years and Hotel Sa Bassa stands out as one of the best places I have stayed for relaxation, comfort and good service. The historical hotel buildings themselves are beautiful. Perhaps though the most striking asset the hotel has is its staff. They were all excellent; always helpful, friendly and attentive. It's difficult to give them sufficient praise. Well done Hotel Sa Bassa, we'll certainly be visiting again.

Excellent in all ways. The room we stayed in, a suite, was very spacious and all looked very new. Fantastic views of the fields. Very quiet hotel, the perfect set if you are looking for rest. The gardens were very green and well taken care of; the swimming pool, nice and big, was during most part of the day quiet. The kids loved it!!!

Suiten vas very nice. The beds was of high quality and gave us very good
sleep. The surrondings was beautiful and quiet. The Hostess Catrin and
the Chef Xavier was exelent peoples, they was helpful in any matter.
Also the roommaid Victoria was exellent. Xavier made good and
interesting food every day, and sometimes local Mallorcin food. We liked
it. Finca Son Roig also had very nice guests from Munchen during our
stay, and they also filled in nicely to make our stay to be one of the
best in Mal

Loved the facilities at the hotel, the gym was great and in door pool
jacuzi, steam and sauna, outdoor pool very cold but refreshing. We used
the bike storage which was very secure and hired bikes at the port. We
didnt eat at the hotel as we were self catering but it looked good

Very well located hotel for cycling holiday with excellent cycling facilities, bike wash, bike garages, on-site cycle shop, perfectly located for either high mountain or flat coastal rides. Clean, very comfortable and wih excellent facilities and friendly staff.
