  A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Gym is - Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

It's difficult to give them sufficient praise. Well done Hotel Sa Bassa, we'll certainly be visiting again.

  Excellent in all ways. The room we stayed in, a suite, was very spacious and all looked very new. Fantastic views of the fields. Very quiet hotel, the perfect set if you are looking for rest. The gardens were very green and well taken care of; the swimming pool, nice and big, was during most part of the day quiet. The kids loved it!!! They make you feel like at home, and the slightest problem you may face they will fix it as soon as poss - Suiten vas very nice. The beds was of high quality and gave us very good sleep. The surrondings was beautiful and quiet. The Hostess Catrin and the Chef Xavier was exelent peoples, they was helpful in any matter. Also the roommaid Victoria was exellent. Xavier made good and interesting food every day, and sometimes local Mallorcin food. We liked it.   Loved the facilities at the hotel, the gym was great and in door pool jacuzi, steam and sauna, outdoor pool very cold but refreshing. We used the bike storage which was very secure and hired bikes at the port. We didnt eat at the hotel as we were self catering but it looked good quality food we just enjoyed walking into the port.
