  Everything was just perfect!! We had a lovely stay!! We´ve been to many hotels but this one was deffinetly the best!!!!! The room, the spa, the food, it was all lovely and it was sooo nice they came with a big bottle of champagne and a lovely birthday cake for my fiancees birthday!! that was a big surprise! - Very nice hotel. The only negative thing I found about the hotel is that not all staff spoke Spanish, and as a Spanish customer and staying in Palma de Mallorca (Spain) the minimum I expect is all members of staff to speak the language!

  This is a very comfortable hotel with (for the most part) friendlystaff. We particularly liked the Terrace Restaurant and the poolatmosphere was relaxed and child friendly (without allowing thechildren to take over). Well managed establishment. We enjoyed our stayvery much.

  The peace and tranquility of the hotel was the outstanding feature - it was so lovely and relaxing to laze around all day or to come back to after a busy day out. The staff were excellent - all very friendly and attentive, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.
