  Staff were very accomodating. As it was near the end of the season our room was ready when we arrived at 10am and we were also allowed to remain until early evening on our departure. Rooms were clean and cooking facilities were good. Whilst the bed was a little uncomfortable, as our stay was was only for a few days it was not too much of a probl... vad folk säger » em. Good value for money. - Staff were very lovely. Could not do enough for you. Hotel is basic and has perhaps seen better days but comfortable and very clean. Cleaners did not come in every day but that is no problem. Would definitely go again. It is very reasonably priced accommodation on the door step of the very expensive port!!!

  Bra personal, nära ifrån flygplats och bra service. - Bemötandet i receptionen var bra,dessutom var det lugnt på hotellet dvs i regel inga störande element,läget i förhållande till pris ett utmärkt alternativ.

  Staff couldnt have been better, very clean contemporary hotel, nothing was too much problem, excellent standard overall, Poolside towels provided and double sun loungers.I have never stayed in a 2 */hostel before and it was a much more pleasant experience than many other 4*Hotels .As I was a Solo female guest I could not have chosen a better Hotel... vad folk säger » .Good local buses to Palma etc. Excellent - Gorgeous hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant location as away from the hustle and bustle but within easy taxi distance from the centre of Palma. Sunbeds always available at the pool throughout the day. Food and snacks from the bar were great. Double room on the small side but manageable for the weekend break we were on. Beds very soft.

  Great choice of food and drinks at every meal, bar open from morning till midnight, location near the beach and the port area. Great value for money! Night entertainment. Staff very corteous and nice. Big parking free right in front of the hotel!   Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

  Fantastic location, the kids loved both the cove on one side of the complex and also the diving platform and rocks on the other side. Good selection of pools too. Lovely setting which is beautifully maintained. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated apart from the bathroom which was a little tired. There is amazing restaurant "Paparazzi" just in front of the hotel with nice food and delisious pizza for takeaway. The stuff at the reception easily organized a rental car for us and invited a doctor when we had a problem with jellyfish. Our apartment was cosy and comfortable.

  We liked our Studio with an excellent view to Calla Marsal. The Surrounding area is very peacefull and with very good access to other locations. Cala Marsal is a very good beach. - value for money in all aspects... (in january reserved for may - 10€/Prs./Night in studio)

  The setting was stunning, the pool area and gardens were lovely and itwas very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very helpful. Willdefinitely visit again. - Stayed in 11 hotels during a round Majorca fly/drive. El Encinar was the most spectacular with our room (suite) being as good a suite as I have ever stayed in.   Food excellent. Staff pleasant and helpful. Great value for money. Elderly relative did find all the steps up to the room quite difficult. We didn't have young children with us but there seemed to be good entertainment for them.   We had a wonderful 5 nights stay. The property was beautiful in the typical style of the Majorque fincas, extremely comfortable, in a very quite area and only at a very short distance from Pollenca. The garden and the swimming pool were superb. The breakfast was great. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.   Calmness - Amazing location, unique place to stay. Outstanding views. Spotless. Outstanding interior. Delightfully suprised with quality of this hotel after having spent a week in a number of cheesy Mallorcan hotels with 1980s deco and allegedly were 4 star hotels!!!
