Great location next to Es Trenc, easy access to other places, fabulous swimming deck at the back of the hotel - very friendly staff, really made us feel at home - very clean rooms and common areas. Food was good, we enjoyed it very much. -

Staff were very accomodating. As it was near the end of the season our room was ready when we arrived at 10am and we were also allowed to remain until early evening on our departure. Staff were very lovely. Could not do enough for you. Hotel is basic and
has perhaps seen better days but comfortable and very clean. Cleaners
did not come in every day but that is no problem. Would definitely go
again. It is very reasonably priced accommodation on the door step of
the very expensive port!!!

We arrived at the hotel at 10pm and were informed that some food was available for us if we wanted to eat. A very good start and as I had to return to the airport to collect the last one in our group we did not get into the hotel until after midnight. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean with good facilities and the food was fine. We stayed -
Hotel staff and food was A1 3 star hotel with 5 star service. Food was best I have had for this type of Hotel.Although hotel was catered for Germans, we had no problem as most people speak English. Also hotel is within walking distance to beach and shops and local transport was no problem. I would come back again to the same hotel, also if you like to play tennis there was a lot courts in the area and not far from Le Mar Golf course.

Bra personal, nära ifrån flygplats och bra service. - Bemötandet i receptionen var bra,dessutom var det lugnt på hotellet dvs i regel inga störande element,läget i förhållande till pris ett utmärkt alternativ.

We loved our stay here. While the hotel is located beside an undeveloped
swamp, this was mostly hidden! Our balcony view was lovely, we were very
comfortable in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was extremely well
equipped, important for a self catering holiday. A dishwasher and
washing machine were provided and washing tablets for both appliances!
This was a first and incredibly helpful. Had I known I could have cut

Brilliant location as away from the hustle and bustle but within easy taxi distance from the centre of Palma. Sunbeds always available at the pool throughout the day. This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. If you like a hot drink in your room though you will need to bring your own kettle.

I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas.
The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful.
But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .

Fantastic location, the kids loved both the cove on one side of the complex and also the diving platform and rocks on the other side. Good selection of pools too. Lovely setting which is beautifully maintained. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated apart from the bathroom which was a little tired. Food was good and a varied choice. -

delisious pizza for takeaway. The stuff at the reception easily
organized a rental car for us and invited a doctor when we had a problem
