  All the staff worked really hard to make our week great, we arrived early but reception staff were really helpful looked after our bags and pointed us in the direction of the bar! Room was great, both room and bathroom were nice and large, plenty of space for all of us. Animation team worked hard to ensure we were included with activities for chil... vad folk säger » dren and adults, English, Spanish and French were all spoken and lots of effort made to include everybody. Great variety of buffet food at all meals a - The complex was spotless clean and very close to the beach. We liked that after the bar closed at 11.30 the lights went off at 12 and the place was very quite great for a good nights sleep. The hotels clientele was mostly French which we found to be very friendly and we found that like us they clean up after themselves and don't leave glasses around the pool for other people to pick up.We were only there on a 3 night stay and we had a great time and found the all inclusive to be great value

  We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. They even have a very good room for disabled people. Dinner and breakfast were good. Staff was friendly, but you have to speak a bit Spanish, English is poor. The hotel is located on a beautiful spot, about 2,5 kilometers from Torres on the a hill.
