The location, room itself, bathroom and services were excellent, itwas the only hotel I've ever seen that had a laptop inside the roomconnected to the internet 7/24 and for free. Spacious apartment (no8) in the middle of Santa Cruz area, walking distance from all the major attractions. Christine made us welcome and provided us with a guide and map to her favourite tapas bars and restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to relax on a warm evening.
The apartment has a comfortable sitting/dining area with balcony windows on two sides. The kitchen is fully equiped including a washing machine, radiant hob and microwave.

Staff were excellent and so attentive, despite speaking limited English they were always willing to help - ie giving directions, extra pillows etc.
Room was minimal but perfect for the price - had a comfy double bed in a private room that was quiet and had an AC which is all we were after!

I had booked two individual nights, and could easily swop them for the same room, and the very kind lady at reception just charged me very little extra for the more expensive 2nd room. I had a terrace, it was quite (except the bus) I loved looked TV in the lounge (Eurovision) with other quests. I loved it is really near the stations. I highly recommend it!

Everything was astonishingly good. Although not many of the staff speak English they are very accommodating and helpful if you have a query. The breakfasts are wholesome and varied with everything you could need and expect. Whilst not overly large the bedrooms are very clean and comfortable, toiletries are provided daily and the mini fridge and free safe are a real bonus. The apartment's location is excellent for enjoying Seville's old town. We visited during the week of the April Fair, very much enjoying the costumes and party atmosphere. The weather was warm, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It was set too cold but we figured out how to moderate the temperature. We shopped for groceries at the Cortes Ingle

Very good position, really in the heart of Sevilla. The apartment was
clean, elegant and as described on the web site. We had a 2 bedrooms
apartment that with two small children was perfect for us and cheaper
than any other option. The staff at the reception was very friendly and
let us leave the apartment in the afternoon due to no other bookings,
that allows us to spend the last day in the city more relaxed. I
strongly recommend it!

We loved staying in Seville, especially in such a beautifully maintained apartment in a lovely block, situated in the heart of the old town. Mayte was a very helpful and generous host. The man on the reception (although appeared to have little English) was very helpful and made every attempt to answer all our questions about the area. He even looked after our bags after check out until we were ready to go to the airport.

We loved everything, close proximity to the beach, very relaxing, lovely room. Staff was very accommodating. They changed our room for us to one with a better view. Most reasonably priced hotel we stayed at during our month in Spain. The food was also very good.

This apartment totally made me a apartment aficionado. I will never stay in a hotel or B&B again.
It was spotless large and the kitchen and washing facilities were top-class. Even though we did not do much cooking everything was there.
The parking was in the same building a great plus point. w number of cafes and restaurants were around the corner. A fantastic place for a family. And the three bedrooms meant everyone had his/her space. We loved every minute and will never stay anywhere else

The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and at home. Breakfast on the sunny terrace was a wonderful start to each day with every kind of fresh fruit you could wish for and beautiful views of Nerja. The rooms were clean, comfortable and secure and the overall atmosphere was quite and relaxing. We have a lovely time and would definitely stay there again.

The cosy apartment we had for 2 people had a terrace with a beautiful
view of the mountains and facing south, so we could fully enjoy the
October sunshine. Even though we were worried about the main road being
just behind the apartment, the noise was not disturbing at all and we
