  Personalen - Especially liked the location. The staff spoke English very well, and they were nice and helpful. They also let us check in at noon, which we appreciated. - Location was very central. Rooms spacious and clean. Excellent staff

  Great place to stay in Barrio Santa Cruz - especially during Semana Santa with a paso right in front of the hotel. Everything in relative ease walking distance. Wireless in rooms and computers in the lobby. We passed on the expensive breakfast, since so many places to eat closeby - cheaper too. Comparable to a nicer Courtyard Marriott. The room we were allocated was ideal for travelling with older children as it was spacious. The use of the internet helped them to contact their friends. The decor is sophisticated.

  The location, room itself, bathroom and services were excellent, itwas the only hotel I've ever seen that had a laptop inside the roomconnected to the internet 7/24 and for free.   Silken Puerta ligger perfekt, alldeles intill den nya fina tågstationen och med omedelbar närhet till busstationen som tar en vidare ut i Spanien, till Granada tex dit vi åkte i 2 dagar med buss. I hotellreceptionen pratade man bra engelska vilket inte är vanligt i Malaga. Man är i Spanien, det märks, genuint.   The standard was excellent. We booked a Studio but were upgraded to a Suite on arrival. The staff were extremely courteous and professional. The rooms were decorated to a high standard, the bed was extremely comfortable and the linen beautifully white and clean. Very comfortable suite, a pity to leave to go out! Overall, fantastic stay, extremely clean, would definitely go back! - We liked the quality of hotel, everything is new and mordern, spacious rooms, close to the very nice (it seems to me that only local people knew and visited it) beach, children friendly environment, nice pool, possibility to park your car at any time (only 5 euro per day), calm and peaceful surroundings.

  Clean apartment with modern furniture, easy 7-10 min walk to beach, supermarket across the road, clean pool, plenty of sun loungers, nice staff, plenty of supplies in kitchen, great air conditioning in each room.
