  Great place to stay in Barrio Santa Cruz - especially during Semana Santa with a paso right in front of the hotel. Everything in relative ease walking distance. Wireless in rooms and computers in the lobby. We passed on the expensive breakfast, since so many places to eat closeby - cheaper too. Comparable to a nicer Courtyard Marriott. The room we were allocated was ideal for travelling with older children as it was spacious. The use of the internet helped them to contact their friends. The decor is sophisticated.

  Excellent location in city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times and we liked the 24hr reception desk which made us feel secure in the hotel. The building had lots of character with lovely internal courtyards and interesting paintings and furnishings. We stayed in the junior suite (room 103) which was amazing. The whole suit felt very homely and relaxing an - The hotel is quirky - but very nicely so. The decor of old Spainish tiles in an ancient convent provides a comfortably and interesting historical ambiance. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed. Being only one hundred metres from the cathedral in the Santa Cr us district is a real bonus. Really nice place and reccommended. NB: do not attempt to take your car to the hotel - the experience of the narrow 'donkey' streets is frightening - best to

  Silken Puerta ligger perfekt, alldeles intill den nya fina tågstationen och med omedelbar närhet till busstationen som tar en vidare ut i Spanien, till Granada tex dit vi åkte i 2 dagar med buss. I hotellreceptionen pratade man bra engelska vilket inte är vanligt i Malaga. Man är i Spanien, det märks, genuint.   We spent three days in this beautiful place. Apartments are really big and fully equipped: fridge, wash machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven – all working and quite good quality. When you book an apartment (and this is actually the best choice, since they are at the second and third floor, whereas regular rooms are at the ground level) you get one... vad folk säger » big kitchen, living room, bedroom, quite big bathroom and – what is the best – big terrace with a beautiful view over the mountains. The swimming poo - Superb!! Extremely clean and very friendly apartments. Quite isolated, but only a 10-15 min drive to Puerto Banus. Pool area was amazing, although could do with more sun beds. I would definitely go back for a weeks relaxing break.

  The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right. Five star service and accommodations located among the twisting calles of Sevilla. Taxi to most locations for 5 to 8 Euro, or walk among the beautiful history of Macarena or the old Jewish section. Highly recommended
