It was an excellent location, near the metro and Plaza Mayor. The staff were all very helpful and parking was facilissimo. They were extremely accommodating, providing driving directions in Madrid and other advice. - The breakfast (which was not included) was delicious and plentiful.

First of all the price is very competitive compare to other 3 stars
hotel. The location is very near gran via street. So for you who like to
shop this is the perfect hotel. Another plus of the hotel is the
location very near metro station (forgot the name of the station) just 2
minutes walk. So you can go everywhere easily.

The location of the hotel - I was travelling with a suitcase and the hotel is literally just around the corner from a metro stop. The staff were very helpful - very centrally located for main attractions. -

Very good located. Near of public transportation (Callao metro station). Near to the moust important sightseeings. On the oposit side is a supermarket on the underground level from a shopping mall (you can find here glutenfree products too) and nearby a lot of little restaurants. Very good staff service - Very central for shopping, theatres, sightseeing and eating. There was a Metro station less than 5 minutes walk away. I liked that this hostel is located straight in the very heart of
Madrid, it is not very expensive, the scinery out of the window is very
beautifull on the buildings of the city, personally I like it. The
rooms are cleaned every day, the stuff is very friendly .There is a
