  Modern, clean, fully equipped. Every service nearby, from Metro toministores. About 3mins walk to a 24hr taxi rank (handy for 5am airporttransfer). - location was near great flamenco and jazz venues. The apartment was well kitted out, had nice decor and was clean.

  Friendly, helpful staff. Well-appointed apartment. We were upgraded to a flat in a different, quiter location after our original choice of apartment had to be closed for repairs. - big not expansive but too noisy.

Very informative on tourist spots and directions around the city. The best place to stay for a fairly cheap price.   Location, location, location! The apartment was great. It met all our needs. It was clean and very functional. Also, Jose Manuel was a great host! He gave us all the information we needed. He went above and beyond what was expected. My daughter's luggage was misplaced by the airline. Jose Manuel agreed to be the airline's contact and had the lugga... vad folk säger » ge delivered to him. He then personally delivered the luggage to us. What more can I say? Thank you so much Jose Manuel! You made our Madrid vacation - The owner was very accommodating. The location was very near market places and metros. It was a very convenient location if you are staying in Madrid longer than 2 days! The kitchen was well equipped and there is a good washing machine that actually worked.
