  Good location family run guest house. If you do not want to hear street noises ask for a room at the back. I would not recommend that you take the breakfast as it is not in the same block, it does not open till 10 or 10.30am and it is not worth the value for the money you pay - Euro 4.for a coffee and a toast. Excellent location right in city centre walking distance to sights or metro 2minute walk away. Rooms clean with great air con and fridge. Great laundrette just down road and plenty of bars and restaurants. Would definately stay here next time we are in Madrid

  The location of the hotel - I was travelling with a suitcase and the hotel is literally just around the corner from a metro stop. The staff were very helpful - very centrally located for main attractions. - Amazing location, friendly staff who provided any assistance required regarding directions etc. Basic but comfortable room.

  Everything was great: the staff was very friendly and helpful (even they didn't spoke English), our chamber was very clean and it had even a little fireplace, which was very nice. - excellent location - near to metro, convenient for airport, many eating opportunities nearby.

  Very good located. Near of public transportation (Callao metro station). Near to the moust important sightseeings. On the oposit side is a supermarket on the underground level from a shopping mall (you can find here glutenfree products too) and nearby a lot of little restaurants.   I liked that this hostel is located straight in the very heart of Madrid, it is not very expensive, the scinery out of the window is very beautifull on the buildings of the city, personally I like it. The rooms are cleaned every day, the stuff is very friendly .There is a central heating and it was warm in february. You can buy water inside. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, so I was there with my 6 months old daughter and during day and night they helped me when I needed to heat milk, etc…

  I would highly recommend Hostal Sonsoles. We had a double room with two single beds. The room size was decent (I've stayed in smaller ones in New York), and the bathroom was large (with good water pressure too). The building has a lift (elevator), although I found myself just using the stairs to get to the hostal. There were all sorts of goings on all day and night, and even though we had a room facing t - The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Room was equipped with a safe and hair dryer, toiletries and towels replenished every day. The staff were lovely, the location was very central and near lots of good bars, restaurants and clubs. Great value, will definitely stay here again.
