  The staff were so friendly, particularly Anna. We didn't realise it was more of a backpackers' hostel than a hotel, but as it was only two nights, it didn't matter. Anna was very helpful and the hostel's location could not be bettered. - good room, friendly staff, localization.

The price is great for what you get! this was my 3rd stay in this hostel and I spoke to others staying in other hostels paying more and they wernt anywhere near as good!

  Location was excellent, a very very short walk from the Puerta del Sol. Very very very good value for the price. Place was clean, and everything worked fine. Staff was very hospitable. Honestly I've stayed at better places, but I certainly enjoyed my stay, and have no real complaints. Would certainly stay here again. - We LOVED it here!   It was a great location, very clean, the staff where very helpful, the lift was good to have, there were drinks available to buy at low rates but no other services that are common in hotels.   1. LOCATION is excellent, very close to Metro station (Gran Via) & many city landmarks (Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, can be reached by walk). Hotel surrounding by many shops, big stores and restaurants (Jamon 55, Cafe & Te, Rong Hua chinese restaurant is just few choices). 2. Room is completed with good wifi con - Great location near Gran Via metro station on the nice shopping street. Elevator to 4th floor. Rooms have windows for inner court, so it's quiet to sleep. You will have own keys for the building and for your room, so it's safe. The single room with shower is really nice and cosy, with air condition, sink, good mirrow, a kettle to boil water for tea etc. Also the bed was comfortable. It was my second time I stayed here and I was perfectly happy with everything.
