  This hotel was a great value for the money. It was clean, refurbished, friendly staff, centrally located, gay-friendly, etc. Particularly liked the free Internet and computer in the room itself. Would recommend it! - The staff were very friendly and helpful, the free internet access was a good point

  It was an excellent location, near the metro and Plaza Mayor. The staff were all very helpful and parking was facilissimo. They were extremely accommodating, providing driving directions in Madrid and other advice. - The breakfast (which was not included) was delicious and plentiful.

  Good location family run guest house. If you do not want to hear street noises ask for a room at the back. I would not recommend that you take the breakfast as it is not in the same block, it does not open till 10 or 10.30am and it is not worth the value for the money you pay - Euro 4.for a coffee and a toast. Excellent location right in city centre walking distance to sights or metro 2minute walk away. Rooms clean with great air con and fridge.   This is the second time I stayed at the Hotel Sterling and it was fantastic, I was given the chance to see the Room first as I had asked for a quiet room, and knowing Madrid the Spanish like to party out in the streets till all hours of the night! - I was given a very large room at the back of the Hotel which I asked for away from the lifts. I brought my own travel kettle for tea & coffee and r - First of all the price is very competitive compare to other 3 stars hotel. The location is very near gran via street. So for you who like to shop this is the perfect hotel. Another plus of the hotel is the location very near metro station (forgot the name of the station) just 2 minutes walk. So you can go everywhere easily.

  Trevligt bemötande, bra rum, otroligt bra läge. - the location very good. the hotel staff very helpful - Staff were excellent, available 24 hours a day and could not do enough. They knew everyone by name.
