  It was an excellent location, near the metro and Plaza Mayor. The staff were all very helpful and parking was facilissimo. They were extremely accommodating, providing driving directions in Madrid and other advice. - The breakfast (which was not included) was delicious and plentiful.

  Location, location, location. for me is the most important the hotel is in the heart of everything - The room was large and quiet. It had generous windows and three layers of curtains, to block light. Location was very close to major sites and to the metro. The ventilation system was effective and quiet.

  The location, cleanliness, and comfort. Having THE major department store (El Corte Ingles) and metro less than 2 minutes away. The room was quiet (away from the street), and the area was quiet at night. Many options for eating nearby or a quick (1 euro) metro ride away. The rate for my stay via this site was a great discount-much better than what ... vad folk säger » I see posted now. - The location was absolutely fabulous and central to the area in which I desired to stay. The metro stop was less than two minutes away and facilitated travel throughout the city. The room was clean and maintained throughout my stay. While the hotel offered breakfast, there were also multiple restaurants close by to choose from.
