  The hotel is very well located within walking distance of all the main sites. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The staff was very professional.   It is very clean, comfortable, and staffs are friendly too. The location is in the city centre, and just 3 mins to metro station.   The hotel is very centrally located on Calle Cava Baja, a street lined with good tapas restaurants and bars. It's easily accessible to the metro and attractions. The hotel itself is very modern and the downstairs restaurant and bar was always filled with people. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. We were 4 women traveling together and we ... vad folk säger » very much appreciated the powerful hair dryer, lacking in all of the other hotels we stayed in. The shower was really great too. The staff was friendl - The location was ideal, just 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!

  Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

Only comment is that the rooms seem to differ considerably in terms of size, especially bathroom. First room (203) bathroom and room were average size. Second stay (room ... vad folk säger » 529) larger room and bath. Third stay is a triple room--not as spacious but miniature bathroom. Only other comment is that internet access is poor. Free wireless in lobby works ok. Common use computer - The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Especially a guy named Asensio, that changed our room from the beginning, so we can feel even more comfortable, behaved as an old friend! That is service with "personal touch".
