- Great modern cool design of room, laptop with broadband connection, great wellness toilet, location is great to visit central Madrid and main museums; clean and proper, breakfast room with great view, hotel stuff extremely keen to help - the room and beds and shower were excellent, and the location is awsome!

The hotel was very central. We used the Metro from the airport and the Metro stop was outside the front door. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. We were there for a special ocassion and were given a room on the top floor with agreat view of the city. The hotel also supplied a free bottle of champagne to us. The hotel was excellent. The

The location of the hotel is excellent very central for exploring the city centre on foot and witha metro station just outside the hotel for people who don't wish to walk. Breakfast buffet is superb and the breakfast room staff are friendly and efficient. this is the second time that we have stayed in the hotel. great!

Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. - Good central location, but at the same time very quiet. Comfortable room, helpful staff.

It is very clean, comfortable, and staffs are friendly too. The location is in the city centre, and just 3 mins to metro station. It is an amazing hotel that we would love to visit again if we are going to Madrid again. -

The location was ideal, just 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!

Third stay in 2 weeks. Only comment is that the rooms seem to differ considerably in terms of size, especially bathroom. First room (203) bathroom and room were average size. Second stay (room 529) larger room and bath. Third stay is a triple room--not as spacious but miniature bathroom. Only other comment is that internet access is poor. Fre
