  Absolutely delightful staff, just walking through the doors of the Riad it felt like coming home. There was a wonderful family feeling about the place and a great relationship between the staff and we were treated more as family than as simply paying guests. Olivier, Mustafa, Abdu, Ai - Riad Aloes is perfectly situated in the Medina within easy reach all the markets and main sites. The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, a lovely place to relax in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast of fresh fruits and croissants or pancakes was delicious. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.

All of the riads ( this property is made up of 4 or 5) linked to create La Sultana are stunning. A lot of thought has gone into its flow and design.   Loved the take of a modern Riad built in the traditional fashion located in the middle of the mayhem of the Souk of the old Medina. What a place to escape to from the mayhem of the souks of the old Medina and the travails of the daily drudgery - The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

  This is a beautiful hotel with great rooms, very comfy beds, lovely linen and a good sized bathroom. We couldn't fault any of the accommodation. Breakfast and lunch were both very good, didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening so cannot comment.   The Riad Eloise was excellent! Alain was very helpful, giving us tea and cakes upon arrival and showing us where to go/how to get there. It was a nice haven to unwind at after the hectic times getting lost in the medina. Everything about the decor was tastefully done, I wish I could import all their beautiful things back to Melbourne! The view from the upper terrace is spectacular and it is very close to the souk and Djeema El Fna. There is a jacuzzi and many possibilities of enjoying the sun on sun beds etc. Very nice stay. One morning we had to go at 7 o'clock and the staff got up and made a nice breakfast for us.
