  Absolutely delightful staff, just walking through the doors of the Riad it felt like coming home. There was a wonderful family feeling about the place and a great relationship between the staff and we were treated more as family than as simply paying guests. A beautiful place .. our little oasis in the heart of the Medina. Olivier, Mustafa, Abdu, Ai - Riad Aloes is perfectly situated in the Medina within easy reach all the markets and main sites. The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, a lovely place to relax in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast of fresh fruits and croissants or pancakes was delicious. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.

  This is a beautiful hotel with great rooms, very comfy beds, lovely linen and a good sized bathroom. We couldn't fault any of the accommodation. Breakfast and lunch were both very good, didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening so cannot comment.   The Riad Eloise was excellent! Alain was very helpful, giving us tea and cakes upon arrival and showing us where to go/how to get there. It was a nice haven to unwind at after the hectic times getting lost in the medina. Everything about the decor was tastefully done, I wish I could import all their beautiful things back to Melbourne! There is a jacuzzi and many possibilities of enjoying the sun on sun beds etc. Very nice stay. One morning we had to go at 7 o'clock and the staff got up and made a nice breakfast for us.
