  I first stayed at Riad Chergui in July 2011 on a side trip from some business. I am happy to say that my stay this July, two years later, was just as great. Even better really. I brought my 18-year old son and his reaction was just as mine was in 2011, the Riad is jaw-dropping beautiful. It is well-located and the perfe - Excellent location - an easy walk to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the hubub of the Medina Emmanuelle and all her staff were wonderful and made sure we were well looked after. We got practical advice on where to go, what to go and, importantly, how to haggle. The rooms were spotlessly clean and nicely decorated in local style. The meal we had at the Riad on the night of our arrival actually turned out to be one of the best meals we had in our whole 5-day stay - really good

  This was a great place to stay in the heart of the medina. The area is mostly residential and in the evening you could hear the giggles of the children playing in the alley and birds roosting in the bushes. The staff were very freindly and welcoming. I was taken ill during my stay and they were very kind in directing where to buy medicines and... vad folk säger » advising what I could eat/drink. nothing was too much trouble. - It is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the souks and a little further to the square. It is easy to find as it is not far from a little square and car park, where we were able to get taxis from. Our room was very comfortable and great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful in giving advice in where to go.
