  It’s comfortably close to downtown Bayeux and the train station, being located on the margin of the city. Based on comments from other reviewers, I was spooked about getting there on time to get my key. We arrived at 22:00 and the front desk had closed at 21:00. I asked at an adjacent hotel about how I could get my key and that clerk said to “find... vad folk säger » the little house in the woods.” To my surprise, there was a small, well- lit wooden enclosure next to the hotel that housed a kiosk. I entered my con - The hotel building is new and hence comfortable with facilities like a lift. The room was very small but all we needed was a comfy bed and a bathroom and we got that during our stay there. Everything was clean and we like that we didn't have to pay too much just to sleep and wash up. The location is good too. It wasn't too far from the Bayeux city and there's free parking too.

  Hotel d'Argouges is an absolutely charming destination to enjoy the Normandy area of France. The Chateau was obviously an old family residence located in the heart of Bayeux.   Hotel was easy to get to. The staff was excellent both at the front desk and the support staff. Everyone spoke english . The front desk was extremely helpful with places to dine , sights, and shopping. Very friendly. Room was very comfortable and quiet. - laundry even though i didnt get a chance to use the facility

  Absolutely the place to stay in Bayeux. We were upgrade to a suite which was beautiful, but noticed that the standard rooms well equally as lovely. Breakfast was excellent and reasonable...particularly when compared to hotels in Paris.   We stayed at the Relais St.-Loup for five nights in may 2013. The reception by our hosts was heartwarming and so very kind.   We found most of the location options in Bayeux to be quite expensive or limited in facilities. Immolidays Bayeux is a gem find. The location is fantastic, the rates very competitive and the facilities were perfect for our little family.   It was a cute/home like place. We stayed in the attic. It had a queen size bed and a twin bed. The Cider store below was very charming for breakfast. The owners were very nice. We got lost and called and it was getting late. Beautifully decorated and clean Owners helpful and very welcoming A real plus that the family also runs an apple orchard which produces Calvados, cider, juice and jellies.
