  We loved this place! It was absolutely beautiful, in a charming setting, and the room was delightful. We walked around the whole little area, down several lanes and saw the old parish church, several farms and bridges, and the pastures and gardens, including the orchard where the apples for the homemade Petit Sully jams are grown. We felt as though we were her personal guests in her home! The house is the epitome of French countryside, with beautifully decorated rooms and personal touches everywhere.   The staff were so friendly and could not do enough to look after us. The hotel itself was picture perfect, nestled along a quaint street just yards away from the magnificent cathedral. Rooms - very comfortable and perfectly formed. - The staff went out of their way to help us with a rental car problem and were very friendly and accommodating with respect to all other matters. The restaurant/bar had a great atmosphere and the food was delicious. The setting is absolutely beautiful with the River Aure right behind the rooms in the annex.

  One of the best places we have ever stayed, and we travel a lot. The house is absolutely beautiful and extremely well decorated, great taste. A wonderful, big room, with wooden floors, polished and clean and a view on the park in front of the house. A gourmand breakfast, with different varieties of jams, ham, Camembert, fresh baguette, croissants,... vad folk säger » freshly squeezed juice and so on. Very nice hosts, and English speaking. He recommended a restaurant in Bayeux where we had a wonderful dinner and ev - The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for walking to the sites and to public transportation and right across from a large quiet park. The rooms were well decorated and very spacious. Ours looked over the garden on one side and the park on the other side. It was a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and filling and available for a reasonable time period.

  atmosfär - We had a large beautifully appointed room that opened on to lovely gardens and a bathroom with plenty of space. The guesthouse was extremely charming as was our host Anthony who went out of his way to make us feel very welcome and assist us in anyway that he could. Our room was exquisite, with very fine antique furniture and the bathroom was perfect. A hotel with parking in the middle of Bayeux was a great asset to our touring holiday.   Hotel was easy to get to. The staff was excellent both at the front desk and the support staff. Everyone spoke english . The front desk was extremely helpful with places to dine , sights, and shopping. Very friendly. Room was very comfortable and quiet. - laundry even though i didnt get a chance to use the facility

  We stayed at the Relais St.-Loup for five nights in may 2013. The reception by our hosts was heartwarming and so very kind. The house is a former 18th century hunting lodge, a coache house with a magnificant (closed at night with of plenty free parking space) garden and is completely restored by the owners and hosts, Nelly and Eric.   It was a cute/home like place. We stayed in the attic. It had a queen size bed and a twin bed. The Cider store below was very charming for breakfast. The owners were very nice. We got lost and called and it was getting late. Past their preferred check in time...but they were very understanding (we called to let them know we were close and lost).... vad folk säger » In the evening the street is very quiet. - Beautiful restored house. Beautifully decorated and clean Owners helpful and very welcoming A real plus that the family also runs an apple orchard which produces Calvados, cider, juice and jellies. We learned so much about the process to make these products and were served apple juice and apple jelly at breakfast.
