  Staff was very accomodating. Since there is no elevator, and I was staying for just one night traveling with a heavy suitcase following a business trip, I was offered a room on a lower floor and the staff carried my bag to the room. They provided a map of the city and directions to local sites. Biarritz is beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The room was clean, staff friendly, and it was close to everything. Very quiet, great water pressure in the shower, and the whole place smells lovely (of lavender). A very nice experience.

  Var fransk gemyt med lite havsutsikt och små barer till grannar - It was clean, comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It is in the heart of this beautiful city and the beach is so close by. I would really recommend this hotel to a friend. - Very friendly staff and a lovely room.   This is a lovely hotel set about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Biarritz. It is tastefully decorated in a contemporary but comfortable style and is beautifully clean and tidy throughout. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, speak good English and gave us helpful advice about Biarritz and the surround - Comfortable bed, fridge in room, the best shower I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel is located just outside of the center of the city so you can park on the street for free but still walk into town in 5-10 minutes.

  We found the hotel very easily which is not always the case. The check in proceedure was quick and polite also the check out the next morning.We found our room extremely clean and well equipped. - Staff helpful and efficient.

  Very friendly warm reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely continental breakfast. - Staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Superb Location. We will hopefully return for a longer stay.

  This was a really nice suprise. An amazing view of the ocean from the room and a very trendy hotel design. The walk through a nice small street to the beach and shops was the perfect distance. Lovely quiet area and a two minute walk to the surf beach where you can swim, although there are many steps to go down and back up.
