I liked the location very much! In an olive tree garden amongst villa residences in Cannes. It gives you a feeling you are at home with friends.....not in an impersonal hotel. The room had a sweet pleasant decoration. It was just relaxing! Walking distance to Croisette - not far away.

My partner and I were very comfortable at the hotel even though we only stayed 2 nights within our itinerary. I chose the hotel due to value for money and it's great location near the beach, shops and restaurants. I would stay there again and recommend the hotel to anyone. -

A pleasant, modern, functional hotel with good restaurant in pleasant grounds by the river. What a wonderful place. All the staff were incredibly charming and helpful. The hotel isn't in St Paul but it's only 5 minutes walk (which is quite useful when working off dinner!). We didn't use the swimming pool or facilities as the weather wasn't great but it all looked very clean. The view from our balcony was simply stunning all the way a

we stayed in room 18 which is a suite with a terrace and was a good sized, comfortable room and great to have a drink on the terrace. the general feel of the place is a relaxing hamlet. it was very peaceful. the service and general facilities are a good 3/4 star and not as stuffy as some 5star places are. parking is good and it is a ten minute walk to St. Paul but there is a good 'locals' restaurant 5 minutes away.

There was a sense of professionalism by Elizabeht and Philipe,the owners, who have lavished a great deal of pride in maintaining a beautiful villa. The hotel is spotless. And the aircon is the quietest and most efficient.

The staff were very helpful in advising and booking restaurants for us and providing any other information we needed. The breakfast was good value and eaten on a very spacious attractive outdoor terrace. The bus into Antibes ran frequently and stopped right outside the hotel which was very convenient and cost 1Euro. It was a short walk to Guardiole beach. Overall highly recommended unless you want to spend considerably more and stay right on the beach.
