  This hotel provided everything - underground parking, spacious apartment with kitchen, air-conditioning, large balcony and even a sea view and it is not far from the Casino area once you work out how the strets and public elevators are laid out. Clean and well desinged. Staff is very friendly. Location is about 5-7 minutes to center of Monaco: first turn left to the down stairs. Then take a public lift to the center. Don't be scared it's very easy and safe. Also if you go on the right and turn near the Olimpic hotel you will find a good mini market where you can buy all food (just 3-4 minutes walking). Internet was working very good.

  The staff were amongst the friendliest we came along whilst travelling through France recently. The location, being only one street away from the beach was perfect and the hotel is right in the middle of an area containing the best mix of bars, cafes and restaurants on the Cote d'zur. JLP was a perfect place to stay on the coast being in the middle and only a short wa - Villa d'Elsa was such a wonderful find! It was just gorgeous! The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!

Very well stocked apartment (all cleaning products, tea coffee etc).

  Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well. Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!
