  The setting is lovely - green and away from the bustle of Cannes but near enough to walk into Cannes (as long as you don't mind a bit of walk and can cope with a hill which we can).The pool, though not large, was great for our 12 year old who spent the mornings in it. Beautiful large room with fantastic large veranda and separate small kitchen. Very green and relaxing. Charming old style décor. L - I liked the location very much! In an olive tree garden amongst villa residences in Cannes. It gives you a feeling you are at home with friends.....not in an impersonal hotel. The room had a sweet pleasant decoration. It was just relaxing! Walking distance to Croisette - not far away. Thank you!

  My partner and I were very comfortable at the hotel even though we only stayed 2 nights within our itinerary. I chose the hotel due to value for money and it's great location near the beach, shops and restaurants.   A pleasant, modern, functional hotel with good restaurant in pleasant grounds by the river. We were delighted to find such a quiet and pretty spot in such a busy area - and within easy walking distance by the riverside path to the beach and Cannes. It had all we needed.   What a wonderful place. All the staff were incredibly charming and helpful. The hotel isn't in St Paul but it's only 5 minutes walk (which is quite useful when working off dinner!). We didn't use the swimming pool or facilities as the weather wasn't great but it all looked very clean. Do bear in mind, they do snacks there up to 10pm but if you want dinner, head - we stayed in room 18 which is a suite with a terrace and was a good sized, comfortable room and great to have a drink on the terrace. the general feel of the place is a relaxing hamlet. it was very peaceful. the service and general facilities are a good 3/4 star and not as stuffy as some 5star places are. parking is good and it is a ten minute walk to St. Paul but there is a good 'locals' restaurant 5 minutes away.

  There was a sense of professionalism by Elizabeht and Philipe,the owners, who have lavished a great deal of pride in maintaining a beautiful villa. The hotel is spotless. And the aircon is the quietest and most efficient. Breakfast on the terrace, perfumed by masses of jasmine! Plentiful fresh fruit, 3 kinds of bread, cheese, cold meats, yogurts,... mitä ihmiset sanovat » croissants and an ingenious machine to cook eggs just how to like them! And daily UK, French newspapers! Nearby is a post office, pharmacy, terrific - The staff were very helpful in advising and booking restaurants for us and providing any other information we needed. The breakfast was good value and eaten on a very spacious attractive outdoor terrace. The bus into Antibes ran frequently and stopped right outside the hotel which was very convenient and cost 1Euro. It was a short walk to Guardiole beach. Overall highly recommended unless you want to spend considerably more and stay right on the beach.
