  First, the staffs at the frontdest are really patient, nice and friendly. Although some thing happened between my friends when checking in, they still did their best to help us and very patient. I am very greatful. Second, the location is good, very good. Just a couple of minutes to walk to the Vieux Lyon and Bellecour and Hotel de Ville. It's supe... vad folk säger » r convinience.   The location was excellent for tourists. It was close to many good restaurants, the Tourist office, and beautiful shops. The staff was outstanding.   The hotel position and the cleanliness comfort of the room were excellent. It's right in the center of the Presqu'Ile and extremely well connected, with bus lines to both the Vieille Ville and the train station.   The location right near the main station is ideal, there is also a large shopping centre nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. We did request another room as the first room smelt of cigarettes (this is a non smoking hotel) which staff happily complied with. Rooms have windows that open onto a type of balcony, you can see that people smoke by the... vad folk säger » number of butts. It was good to have an option of air conditioning or opening a window. This is a budget hotel that caters for business travellers. S - Best part is the location, just 3 min walk to Lyon Part-dieu train station and walking distance near the shopping mall (with Carrefour, Pizza, Quick fast food etc.) Room was clean and staff were welcoming and friendly. Value for $ cos it also includes simple standard breakfast enough to start the day! Love the convenience to places especially after out for a whole day. We left the luggage for storage and well kept in secured locked room.
