Localização - First, the staffs at the frontdest are really patient, nice and friendly. The location was excellent for tourists. It was close to many good restaurants, the Tourist office, and beautiful shops. The staff was outstanding. They were knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. -
The staff, all of them, we're friendly, courteous and helpful.
Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and very presentable, location perfect.

The hotel position and the cleanliness comfort of the room were excellent. It's right in the center of the Presqu'Ile and extremely well connected, with bus lines to both the Vieille Ville and the train station. If I return to Lyon I will stay here again -

Best part is the location, just 3 min walk to Lyon Part-dieu train station and walking distance near the shopping mall (with Carrefour, Pizza, Quick fast food etc.) Room was clean and staff were welcoming and friendly. Value for $ cos it also includes simple standard breakfast enough to start the day! Love the convenience to places especially after out for a whole day. We left the luggage for storage and well kept in secured locked room.
