  The location was excellent! It was near the highway and a very short drive from Old Quebec City and Montmerency Falls. The staff were extremely helpful and answered all my questions with ease. They provided maps on how to get somewhere and then back to the hotel. That does not happen very often. The beautiful walk in shower was - The Hotel was excellent. The room was designed very well and even had a computer in the room. There were plenty of power points to charge your phone. The bathroom was very modern with plenty of towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was great plenty of everything. The Hotel is situated about 15 minutes by car to the Old City of Quebec and there is plenty of parking available at a cost of $15 for the whole day.   The room was just beautiful in every way, very large with plenty of drawers, wardrobe, large comfortable bed, desk, large flat screen TV, excellent bathroom with shower over bath. Lovely decor. There is a bar/restaurant which is also fabulous with trendy decor and delicious food.   The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful to us regarding the city bus route to take into the city. The bus took 25 minutes and ran so frequently that there was never a long wait. The staff graciously spoke English with us, since our French is minimal. Underground parking was free and secure ( if a tight squeeze for ... vad folk säger » a minivan!). The little café next door had a good selection of breakfast or lunch items we could eat there or take with us. - The rooms had balconies which I love...being a bit claustrophobic, I don't like places where you can't even open a window, so a balcony was a treat...just sit out, enjoy a glass of wine and take in some fresh air and whatever view you have. (we could see the mountains in the distance)

  The Chateau Laurier is a lovely clean hotel and very close to the Old City. The room was nice and roomy and the staff were excellent, polite and helpful. This hotel would be perfect for those traveling with children. We had a great stay!

  The hotel was extremely comfortable, a large room with a very comfortable king size bed. The lift to the second floor was a bonus. While close to the highways, there was no traffic noise - making it convenient to travel to the city or other destinations. The 20% discount for breakfast at the co-locatend Normandin Restaurant was appreciated. The... vad folk säger » washing machine and clothes dryer for $1 each was most convenient. - If you have a car, it takes only 10 minutes to reach the old city and fifteen minutes to reach the waterfall. One of the hotel's reception staff was incredibly nice! In addition to the great service he offered us places worth seeing, issued us a map from Google and told us what time is best to visit everywhere.
