  The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Salzburg which was not that obvious to us from the description of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but not overbearing or snobby like in some other higher end hotels. Our standard room we booked was like a mini-suite. Location was walking distance to everything.   This was a beautiful hotel, conveniently located. We had a gorgeous room with a view over the park. The staff were kind and friendly. Will definately return to this hotel - I liked the room, very large and comfortable. I also appreciated the free internet use in the business center.

  The welcoming was really warm and the personnel spoke at least 3 languages which is quite essential for foreigners - Excellent personel, outstanding hotel. Clean, quiet, large rooms, modern with a very elegant traditional style. Parking place. Not far from the city center by car and close to the football ground on foot.Highly recommended.

  This is our second time at this Hotel but the last time, they were full (December 2005) and we had not booked!) but they kindly let us stay with their Aunt who lives in a house in the grounds.
