  Freindliness, cheerfulness and helpfulness of staff. Being small sized and fanily run it had a distinctive personality and we were treated as individuals not standardised units of consumption.   Loved the owners very much. So accommodating and fun!! This hotel was probably our favorite on our trip. Salzburg was also our favorite place we visited. - great stay. Only one night but it was a comfortable night

  Breakfast was first class ,room decor great, staff very courteous - Location of hotel excellent - at end of Judengasse near Mozartplatz in the Old City. The Deluxe Room was really a suite, well furnished and quite comfortable with many coneniences.

  We chose Villa Verde for one night stay since this B&B was fairly close to the hotel we stayed on the previous night. Although we need to take a bus to get to the old city, we could reach here by one bus or taxi (~10 eur). Staff were very friendly with great English and rooms were cozy and clean. Breakfast - The place was very clean (which is very important for us) and comfortable. the breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. The products in the rooms (shampoo, toilet paper, towels..) were in a very good quality. A charming and tasting place. We can see that the owners thought of the little details. Perfect place for a couple holyday in Salzburg.

  Staff was very helpful and polite. We arrived late and could easily get keys to our room from the security safe provided. The receptionist gave us directions and a map to guide our day trip that was great, and we were able to make our Salzburg Card right there. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom very well lit. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station. Although it is not necesarilly near the main centre of town, it was an easy 15-20 minute walk. Hotel is located on a quiet street, and the hotel is secure so you must have a card to get access inside. I stayed in a single room, so it was simple but just what I needed after a long day of touring.

  High quality hotel with friendly, informative staff and many little extras. Our room, in the Villa, was more of a suite and very well presented. The location is close to bus routes, only a short walk into the centre of Salzburg and but in a quiet area. The hotel staff went out of there way to help you. They booked places for us to eat and she told as about the Christmas market. They also helped us with booking of the train to our next location. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back there again.

  I really appreciated the fact that we were upgraded to a triple room, the internet was free and the breakfast was wonderful. - Staff was very friendly and very helpful-they even had a map of the area with nearby restaurants. The hotel was a short walk from the pedestrian zone north of the Salz River.
