  The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Salzburg which was not that obvious to us from the description of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but not overbearing or snobby like in some other higher end hotels.   This was my first tripp to Salzburg and I have stayed in an excellenthostel.The location of the hostel is very good because it is in a quietarea but still close to those places where the life is going on. I couldrent a bike in the hostel for cheap.   This was a beautiful hotel, conveniently located. We had a gorgeous room with a view over the park. The staff were kind and friendly. Will definately return to this hotel - I liked the room, very large and comfortable. I also appreciated the free internet use in the business center.

  Self contained, private apartment in a residential block. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful - an unexpected flight change was accommodated without charge as was a variation of check-in time. They looked after our luggage prior to our flight home. It was good value, quite basic but comfortable accommodation which served a purpose. The r - The appartment is very comfortable, well furnished and clean( they do charge €50 cleaning fee).We had number 912, with access to a terrace. The view was towards Alps / river and part of Downtown . Laundromat on premises is a plus. Safe parking underground(€10/day extra). Mr Forisch is very efficient at addressing issues. They did allow one extra child no extra charge.

  Hotel was very nice, I enjoyed the fitness area, but would like biggerswimmingpool...And I enjoyed my room very much and the bath tub! - the cleaning, the non-smoking floors, the quality of the room, the excellence on the staff and the courtesy of the reception.

  Närheten till stationen - The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I wanted a room with aircondition it was changed immediately without extra charge. The room is very clean and comfortable. There was a slight noice disturbance from the trains passing by. - location, comfort, staff.
