  The owners are very friendly. They did their best to help us when we got some troubles with the car. The location is pretty good if you travel by car. - Staff friendly and helpful - nothing too much trouble! :)

  Staff was very helpful and polite. We arrived late and could easily get keys to our room from the security safe provided. The receptionist gave us directions and a map to guide our day trip that was great, and we were able to make our Salzburg Card right there. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom very well lit. Hotel close to a bus stop, which i... vad folk säger » s very handy. Neighbourhood seems safe and was a very quiet and pleasant stay. - This was an excellent location for great value. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station. Although it is not necesarilly near the main centre of town, it was an easy 15-20 minute walk. Hotel is located on a quiet street, and the hotel is secure so you must have a card to get access inside. I stayed in a single room, so it was simple but just what I needed after a long day of touring.

  Fantastic, they do laundry at 6Euros per washing machine load! What more can u ask as a family of 7 across 2 rooms trying to travel light;-)Extremely friendly and cooperative staff, heated milk bottles and stored milk in their refrigerator for us (for my little one) - comfort
