  The facilities are luxury, the team is very nice and helpful. eventhough we booked 3 nights we had to shorten the stay and therefore asked the manager to change our reservation. she helped us doing this with a smile and willingness to help. The hotel is very well equiped all around the premises. The stuff was so heplful, the rooms clean and tidy, the spa center - perfect, the food in the restaurant - delicious. It would be nice if more hotels were a bit as good as this one is!

  Got a suite at a great price, beautiful suite with a second bathroom onthe balcony overlooking the whole of Innsbruck - amazing view! Veryreasonably priced food in the restaurant even if it was a fixed menu(probably due to low season and few guests). - The staff was very friendly and accommodating.   If you want food overload this is the place for you. Half board was a good deal. Staff exceptionally helpful especially the young man on the front desk who prepared an English menu just for us.
