  The facilities are luxury, the team is very nice and helpful. eventhough we booked 3 nights we had to shorten the stay and therefore asked the manager to change our reservation. she helped us doing this with a smile and willingness to help. The hotel is very well equiped all around the premises. The stuff was so heplful, the rooms clean and tidy, the spa center - perfect, the food in the restaurant - delicious. It would be nice if more hotels were a bit as good as this one is!

  Got a suite at a great price, beautiful suite with a second bathroom onthe balcony overlooking the whole of Innsbruck - amazing view! Veryreasonably priced food in the restaurant even if it was a fixed menu(probably due to low season and few guests). - The staff was very friendly and accommodating.   We've been this hotel last year, and we really enjoy the facilities. Food is very nice and breakfast awesome.   Superb hotel, very clean and well kept. Large sauna area, with juice and tea bar. Very friendly staff. The food was fresh and cooked properly. Vegetarian alternatives were available. Most certainly good value for money. We really felt at home and got to relax.
