  Very friendly. It was the first day that the hotel was open after being closed in November and there werde only seven guests in the hotel but everything was still on offer. - Excellent place. Spa was lovely. Included breakfast was expansive. Polite staff. Room was large

  The rooms are large, the beds comfortable and the staff very friendly. We had three glorious days of serious hiking, including a quick cable car ride up to 3210 metres. There was an excellent evening of Tyrolean music in the village. The food at the hotel was almost too much and it was great to be able to make one's own packed lunch at breakfas... vad folk säger » t. The spa facilities were very good, but hardly used by fellow guests. - Location, access to cable cars and bus. Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. Relaxed atmosphere. We booked half board but were not charged for evening meals not taken. Clean and well kept. Good bikes available

  The facilities are luxury, the team is very nice and helpful. eventhough we booked 3 nights we had to shorten the stay and therefore asked the manager to change our reservation. she helped us doing this with a smile and willingness to help.   Great hotel, everything was on the highest level! Hotel staff were really friendly and very kind & helpful. Breakfast was delicious, I think the best in Austria (open till 12-00). Modern room, big bathroom, everything is new and well equipped. there was even Nespresso coffe machine in our room! Great SPA facilities (pool and saunas). Location is perfect, few steps from city center but still in a quite area. Own transfer to ski area. Restaurant is cosy, breakfast and dinner is delicious. There was everything we needed and even more.

We recommend this hotel to our friends and we would like to come back there some day.

  Fabulous views of the mountains from the Junior suite room we had, the hotel was spotlessly clean. Spa was extensive although not staffed during the time we were there July weekend.. - Staff were quite pleasant and breakfast was delicious.

  Got a suite at a great price, beautiful suite with a second bathroom onthe balcony overlooking the whole of Innsbruck - amazing view! Veryreasonably priced food in the restaurant even if it was a fixed menu(probably due to low season and few guests). - The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
