  The facilities are luxury, the team is very nice and helpful. eventhough we booked 3 nights we had to shorten the stay and therefore asked the manager to change our reservation. she helped us doing this with a smile and willingness to help. The hotel is very well equiped all around the premises. The spa has many different tipes of Saunas and the p... vad folk säger » ool is very nice! the food was great both at dinner and breakfast and for fair price. - The hotel was really great. The stuff was so heplful, the rooms clean and tidy, the spa center - perfect, the food in the restaurant - delicious. It would be nice if more hotels were a bit as good as this one is!

  I liked very much the spacious room, the excellent facilities, as well as the design of the hotel and its location, close to Kitzbuhel, but still in a quiet and relaxed spot. - big room, large breakfast buffet, design of spa, nice personel even if it's only a facade (it's not from their heart)

Having stayed in Ischgl a number of times previously it was a resort I wanted to visit for a - The hotel is superb. Really gorgeous, each part of the hotel is a true piece of design - with no compromise to comfort, added with an excellent nouveau cuizine restaurant (one of the best in the region) and exclusive service provided by extremely helpful and attentive staff. It sounds like an ad, but it's true: I've been there twice - in January and March'13. I was so amazed during the first stay that I have booked it again for the next holidays - and was never sorry about it. In fact, every si
