  Fabulous staff throughout. More hotels should be like this one, they make their guests feel welcome. Best hotel we have stayed in to date, great room and hotel facilities, very good food. Can't speak highly enough of the staff at this hotel. - Loved everything about our stay at the Hilton Innsbruck!
