The hotel desk clerk, Nina, was super helpful and pleasant. She went out of her way to help us get everything we needed and make wonderful suggestions for things to see. well equipped with everything to make you feel at home. We were greeted
by the owner, given a small bottle of local sparkling wine, chocolates
were supplied in a glass dish and he highlighted places of interest and

Absolutely fabulous apartment with plenty of space, well appointed kitchen, large bedrooms with walk-in robes a lovely addition; super quiet and warm. Great location - 5 minutes walk to the Old town and 7 minutes walk to the funicular up to the Nordette mountain cable car. Innsbruck card worth the price especially if toy are planning trips to the mountains for hiking. Bikes were included with the apartment as well. Highly recommend Apartment 6. Please note: food shops are not open on Sundays...

Front desk staff, custodialand dining staff were all first-class ambassadors for the company.Couldn't be more pleased. - The hotel location was ideal, just a short 10 minute walk along the river promenade to the Old Town - Innsbruch. Got a suite at a great price, beautiful suite with a second bathroom onthe balcony overlooking the whole of Innsbruck - amazing view! Veryreasonably priced food in the restaurant even if it was a fixed menu(probably due to low season and few guests). - The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and the food was fantastic.

We booked a quadruple room for 4 (3 sisters over 20 and our mom).
The room was spacious with a large balcony that overlooked the mountains. The balcony is enclosed but has large windows that open up.
The room had a double bed, and 2 single beds pushed together. I was a bit concerned about booking a quadruple room for 4 adults but it was perfect.

We only spent one night in Innsbruck and arrived during a heat -
Very central hotel - couldn't be closer to shops and the old town.
Helpful staff. We arrived at mid-day and our room was already ready.
Spotlessly clean. Plenty of storage space. Good internet connection.
The hotel has a check-in machine in the lobby, so you can arrive at any time.
We had a small room facing the street, but the sound-proofed windows meant we had very little street noise.
Tram and bus stops are right outside, so easy to get to airport or station on public transport.

We stayed in the cabin shaped as a tree log, it was very cosy and cute. It was spacious, with 2 separate areas, one for sleeping, another for eating. It was November and it was cold, but the staff provided us with a heater so it wasn't cold inside.

Very nice room with foyer, sitting area and sleeping area. Resort with great activities for the whole family. Lake front room. Very helpful staff with great maps of Innsbruck. Transportation to Innsbruck provided. Terrific place for a vacation with children with easy access to Innsbruck. Lots of access to markets and other shops for necessities.
