Front desk staff, custodialand dining staff were all first-class ambassadors for the company.Couldn't be more pleased. - The hotel location was ideal, just a short 10 minute walk along the river promenade to the Old Town - Innsbruch.   Got a suite at a great price, beautiful suite with a second bathroom onthe balcony overlooking the whole of Innsbruck - amazing view! Veryreasonably priced food in the restaurant even if it was a fixed menu(probably due to low season and few guests). - The staff was very friendly and accommodating.   our 2 bed appartment was clean and comfortable and quite spacious.It was also only 10 mins from the city centre and the bus stop was right on you're doorstep! - Nice hotel. Everything we expected.
