  Location was ideal for our purposes. We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. As we were not there to spend time in the room just to have rest and sleep. Easy for the bus and the train. We went to the factory outlets, and into the centre of Melbourne With ease. Recommend for anyone that needs a stop over.

  I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham down. I detailed them in my feedback at the time. Free wifi a definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett. Excellent experience would definitely return if we came again.

  Everything about my stay here was fantastic. It's a great place for reps travelling, couples and families. Staff fantastic, room was great in the tower (upgraded to this room,thank you) so close to everything including the beautiful lady bay walk. Staff were so helpful and welcoming. The room was large, comfortable and very well-equipped, and the hotel is situated in a quiet part of the town, near tourist attractions and the sea. It was useful to have a pc for use by guests in the reception area.

  Room was in a fantastic location, wildlife just outside, great view and ( for us ) perfect weather. As well as this the bed was great and spa bath was magnificant. Location wasnt far from winneries, tracks, cultural activities and restaurants - I would definitely recommend Grampians Motel and generally stay in Halls Gap.   We stayed at room no 1. The room was so nice, big n suitable for us.. A family if 5. The owner were so friendly and helpful. We stayed there just for a night.. We should have stay there for at least 2 nights and enjoy all the activities in Mornington Peninsular. We got a king size suite with spa bath and it was amazing and only 350 for 2 nights. the Spa was awesome and was perfect for a couple. If going back to the area would definitely stay again.

  My friend had a problem climbing the stairs, as when I booked I didn't realize there was up and down stairs. The lady at the desk re arranged the booking to a ground floor room, which was no bother to her and a big plus to us. Otherwise everything was spot on.. The Resort was clean ..spacious and flora through out in abundance ... Very tropical feeling!! ... In short ... We loved it & will be back soon!!! In three months.. The staff were friendly and gave us great tips of what to go and see. Location was in short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants.   Staff (owner) was amazing. There was a smell in iur room, we went down to tell her, immediately we were moved. She apologised that the new apartment wasn't as good (actually it was better) she was friendly and welcoming. She gave great advice if where to eat in town. Apartment had washer and dryer which was great.   It's only 5 mins drive to 12 apostles, although it's the isolated hotel on an unpavedroad. It might be a little bit scared for the first sight. However, It's the only road I can see alive kangaroos and there's spectacular farm view and silver star river by the cottage and BBQ equipment. It's definitely wonderful memory in my life.   Very clean and modern room could not fault anything even the shower was excellent and the price was excellent as well - The receptionist was very friendly and obliging as we stopped in early to change before we went to our function.
