We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. Free wifi a definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett.   Everything about my stay here was fantastic. It's a great place for reps travelling, couples and families. The room was large, comfortable and very well-equipped, and the hotel is situated in a quiet part of the town, near tourist attractions and the sea. It was useful to have a pc for use by guests in the reception area.

  My friend had a problem climbing the stairs, as when I booked I didn't realize there was up and down stairs. The lady at the desk re arranged the booking to a ground floor room, which was no bother to her and a big plus to us. Otherwise everything was spot on..   It's only 5 mins drive to 12 apostles, although it's the isolated hotel on an unpavedroad. It might be a little bit scared for the first sight.   Very clean and modern room could not fault anything even the shower was excellent and the price was excellent as well - The receptionist was very friendly and obliging as we stopped in early to change before we went to our function.
