The hospitality and friendliness of management. They were available and met our every need. They responded to our requests promptly.
Position, close to public transport, CBD, fabulous restaurants in walking distance from apartment.
Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there.

We loved everything about the Cape Bridgewater Seaview Lodge. Dennis, the host, is a charming host and his breakfasts are terrific. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Most of our family stayed in cabins at the Warburton Caravan Park. This
was not our style but just across the road is the Warburton Motel hidden
away in the trees on the hillside. We had an upstairs room with great
views across the valley. The room also had a door to the back balcony

The garden setting of the motel is stunning and sold it to us in the
photos when we booked. It is very reasonably priced. Not a fancy
motel, but very neat and clean with tea and coffee making facilities-
perhaps should show that on the website photos. Friendly helpful
staff. Asthma friendly- they agreed to clean the room without
chemicals prior to our visit.

Check in was very smooth and the information provided was excellent. I contacted the manager to arrange a slightly later checkout as we were meeting friends for lunch. He checked and as there were no new bookings for that night we were able to leave our belongings and collect them after our lunch which was most generous and helpful -

The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay.
