  The premier twin room with 2 queen beds was beautifully equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. My partner had told the Rockpool bar & Grill about my birthday, and I was treated especially well by staff. Walking distance to cbd and good restaurants and just far enough away to keep out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

  The owners were lovely. Very helpful and friendly. The house was immaculately clean and all the extra finishing touches were beautiful.   Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about.   I loved every part of our stay, the location was excellent with so many options for meals the room was spotless & very comfortable & staff very helpful my daughter loved the pool & shopping in the many shops just a lift ride away.   I liked the welcome by Renee - she was helpful and cheerful. We enjoyed the breakfast - terrific fresh fruit salad and delicious home made yoghurt and lemon butter. The fresh flowers throughout the hotel was a nice touch. The room was nice and cosy - especially nice when there was a chill in the air. The patience displayed by the managers. Rooms were non smoking but tables, chairs and an ashtray were provided on the balcony that overlooked beautiful roses. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a large spa bath with overhead shower. Everything was spotlessly clean and the fluffy towels had a lovely perfume. I would absolutely recommend staying there!!!
