directly into the window of another building like most cbd hotels.
Walking distance to cbd and good restaurants and just far enough away to
keep out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

The owners were lovely. Very helpful and friendly. The house was immaculately clean and all the extra finishing touches were beautiful. We all had a fantastic time and may be back for our anniversary next year as well. -

Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Langham (we normally stay at the Grand Hyatt) but this Hotel was even more perfect. -

We booked for one night, but unfortunately I spent 8 hours at St Vincents Hospital. So we had time to unpack and then pack our belongings in the morning.

I loved every part of our stay, the location was excellent with so many options for meals the room was spotless & very comfortable & staff very helpful my daughter loved the pool & shopping in the many shops just a lift ride away. Will defiantly stay at the Crown Metrapol again. Thank you -

Absolutely beautiful accommodation. Everything you could possibly need - full kitchen, open/gas fire, glass walled bathroom, large tv, full glass walls at back of villa and private deck. Divine place to stay and only 100m from the Hepburn springs centre.. -

I liked the welcome by Renee - she was helpful and cheerful.
We enjoyed the breakfast - terrific fresh fruit salad and delicious home made yoghurt and lemon butter.
The fresh flowers throughout the hotel was a nice touch.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Rooms were non smoking but tables, chairs and an ashtray were provided on the balcony that overlooked beautiful roses. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a large spa bath with overhead shower.
Everything was spotlessly clean and the fluffy towels had a lovely perfume. I would absolutely recommend staying there!!!

We loved the location as we were able to catch a tram to the city and walk to South Yarra and Chapel Street. We were also surrounded by wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The staff at The Lyall were so friendly and we felt very welcomed. We also had a beautiful room . -

A spacious 2 bedroom apartment that we only paid a 1 bedroom rate for. Modern, clean, well equipped and comfortable.
A short walk to the town centre. -
Close to town. New and in great condition. Orange tree in back yard with very nice fruit to eat.
