Regal Park is in a very convenient location for a City visit just 50m off the main dO'Connell St yet we did not have a problem with traffic noise, nor did we hear other guests which was great considering we were in town on the busiest weekend of the year. Check-in desk (male) staff member was very friendly, warm and efficient. Very good value for money, location is excellent (with many fine eateries around the corner in O'Connell Street), room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. On a trip to Adelaide that failed dismally across the board my travel companion and I both agreed that Franklin Central Apartments was the one part of our stay we enjoyed! The rooms were smartly decorated and kept in pristine condition, the staff were friendly and approachable and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the room. If by some vague chance I ever happen to stay in Adelaide again I will gladly do so with Franklin Central and will recommend my friends to also!
